31 day challenge.

Starting tomorrow, I will do my own 31-day challenge. Every other day I will add something I wish to accomplish, and start doing it. Weight-wise, I challenge myself to loose 8 pounds in a month, going down to a 155lbs.

Tasks:
1. Avoid all types of sodas.

  1. Hi Faye! Very pretty blog. Mine is so blah in comparison. Maybe I'll jazz it up a bit... Anyway, good goal to start the new year. I hope you find blogging to be as helpful as I do. Something I found helpful at your age: I instituted a "treat day" and allowed myself the treat of my choice on that day. It helped me be able to say, "No thanks" to treats on other days. Just a thought. Here's to our health!!
