Starting tomorrow, I will do my own 31-day challenge. Every other day I will add something I wish to accomplish, and start doing it. Weight-wise, I challenge myself to loose 8 pounds in a month, going down to a 155lbs.
Tasks:
1. Avoid all types of sodas.
11/11: Start of my search for a healthy weight. I've always dreamt of being thin. This is me making my dream come true. I'm 20. I'm in college. I'm trying.

Update
Story of my life.
When the going gets tough, I stop.
Finals pretty much screwed anything health-related for me. Under pressure, under stress, over-worked and lacking sleep--not good for my determination.
I will start over. Start fresh. And keep the posting and make it a regular thing. It keeps me focused and keep my sight to the goal.
And what better time to start than New Year's? I shall try to come up with short term goals and build up towards my ultimate goal that way. Hopefully I won't fall back again. And if I do, I won't throw myself into the abyss.

Pretty in Lace
Inspiration: Lace
I think that lace is gorgeous on women, but you have to be thin to pull it off. I will wear lace someday.
And just to prove my point that lace doesn't work when you're not skinny, I present to you Exhibit A:
Epic Fail
I was volunteering at a brunch and couldn't resist grabbing a banana nut muffin and two of those tiny bite-size desserts. I felt so guilty afterwards that I was like "what the hell, since I already screwed up, let's screw up big time."
I then proceeded to devour popcorn, cookies, candy, pita chips.... It was a bad day. REALLY bad.
I need to stop thinking that tripping does not equal falling into the hole.

I'm giving myself an intervention.
Day 0.
I've been wanting to loose weight for a long time, but never really stuck to it. I've lost weight, gained weight, and a whole lot in between.
This time will be different.
This blog is to help me search for inspiration. I will be posting stuff I find and pictures that will remind me of my goal.
I will also keep track of my progress and take note of what I eat, if I exercise, and such. Hopefully I won't get lost in my search for thin, and I'll find others who are in the same journey. I will not let you down.

Height: 5'7
Age: 20
Current weight: 164 lbs
Goal weight: 120 lbs
