31 day challenge.

Starting tomorrow, I will do my own 31-day challenge. Every other day I will add something I wish to accomplish, and start doing it. Weight-wise, I challenge myself to loose 8 pounds in a month, going down to a 155lbs.

Tasks:
1. Avoid all types of sodas.

Update

Story of my life.

When the going gets tough, I stop.

Finals pretty much screwed anything health-related for me. Under pressure, under stress, over-worked and lacking sleep--not good for my determination.

I will start over. Start fresh. And keep the posting and make it a regular thing. It keeps me focused and keep my sight to the goal.

And what better time to start than New Year's? I shall try to come up with short term goals and build up towards my ultimate goal that way. Hopefully I won't fall back again. And if I do, I won't throw myself into the abyss.
